Last week we introduced you to some of the great workshops, demonstrations and make & take activities (see here) which will be happening at Total Stitch & Craft Fest this Sunday 11th September at Ramada Plaza Belfast, and now we have fabulous news of even more fun that will be going on during the day! These interactive sessions are a great way to get to know the artist and their craft, see what goes on behind the scenes, and try your hand at something new yourself. Come on down this Sunday and enjoy the craic! Kerry from The White Cliffs Co will be demonstrating furniture upcycling with her own brand of wonderful chalk paint products. It will also be the first birthday of her fabulous business and a little birdie tells us that there will be Birthday cake to partake of! Happy Birthday Kerry and The White Cliffs Co! Ciara Campbell is a resident artist at Artspace, Oxford Island Nature Reserve. A mobile ceramic artist, her workshops promote creativity, mind training, team building and are very therapeutic so we can't wait to see her demonstrations at Total Stitch Fest. Have a go yourself or buy a kit to try at home. Always popular at Total Stitch & Craft Fest, Crafts By Inga will be running felt making demonstrations at various times through the day and you will have the opportunity to make 'soap in a coat'. The ladies from Lily's Craft Attic will be running demonstrations of their Powertex workshops, showing you how to create upcycled sculpture and art. JH Ceramics and The Curious Artist will also be running taster demonstrations of their upcoming workshops.
